Frequently Asked Questions
We can take just about anything, as long as it’s non-hazardous and can be lifted by our two strong team members.
Do you offer same-day junk removal?
How does pricing work?
Junk removal pricing shouldn’t feel confusing — and with Haul It Off Junk Removal, it isn’t. We keep things simple, honest, and upfront so you always know what you’re paying for. Our pricing is based on three main factors:
- Load Size: Amount of space utilized in our truck
- Removal Labor: Time for junk to be hauled away
- Disposal Fee: Amount of junk being dumped
Call or book an appointment online and we’ll evaluate your items, walk you through the pricing, and give you a firm quote before we lift anything.
What types of junk do you take?
Our two-man crew handles almost everything: old furniture, appliances, yard debris, construction material, rental cleanouts — you name it. We load it, haul it, and handle responsible disposal so you get your space back quickly and safely. There are certain items we cannot handle due to safety and legal restrictions, including: Hazardous Materials, Flammable or Explosive Items, Medical / Biohazard Waste, Asbestos Materials, Industrial Chemicals, Automotive Hazard Items, Pressurized Tanks, and Illegal or Restricted Items.
Do I have to move anything myself?
There’s no need to move anything—we’ll do all the lifting, loading, and cleanup.
What happens to my items after pickup?
Donation first: Items that are still in usable condition like furniture, appliances, and household goods are donated to various organizations so they can be reused by others.
Recycling whenever possible: Materials such as metal, wood, electronics, and other recyclables are sorted and sent to recycling centers to be processed and made into new products, reducing waste and conserving resources.
Responsible disposal: Anything that can’t be donated or recycled is taken to permitted waste facilities and disposed of in accordance with local regulations.
